What does house watching involve?
We visit your house or apartment while you are away at an agreed frequency. A checklist tailored to the property defines the visual checks and updates. Visit reports and agreed photographs keep you informed. This suits both your usual home and a second residence.
Are there standard packages or fixed prices?
Each assignment is planned personally. After our conversation, you receive an individual proposal with the agreed services and costs. Purchases, travel costs and any required third-party services are itemised transparently.
Can garden care be included?
Garden and outdoor care can be added through Grünpflegewerk, Andre Kleinhans's existing garden care service. Agreed tasks can include garden and grounds maintenance and leaf removal. For Hamburg properties, scope, appointments and travel are agreed individually. Regular maintenance contracts are planned from spring 2027; individual tasks can be arranged separately subject to availability.
Can maintenance and work on site be coordinated?
We coordinate appropriate specialists, agree appointments and access, and attend the work as arranged. We document visible issues and keep you informed. Technical diagnoses and checks are discussed with qualified specialists.
Which Hamburg neighbourhoods does NORDVAIL serve?
Hamburg is our main service area, with a particular focus on Blankenese, Nienstedten, Othmarschen and Groß Flottbek. Other neighbourhoods and locations can be agreed individually. Our registered business address is Holstenstraße 55a, 25560 Schenefeld in the Steinburg district. Vehicle collection and destination are agreed around your plans.
How are visits and availability agreed?
Together we agree the visit schedule, tasks, access, updates and availability. If we notice an issue, we inform the designated contacts and discuss further action. Support consists of agreed visits; continuous monitoring and round-the-clock on-call cover are currently outside the service offered.
Can I book a chauffeur already?
Personal chauffeur services are planned to complement concierge support and are currently being prepared. Chauffeur bookings are not yet available. Individual vehicle delivery requests are already welcome.
